Mass murder, gun violence, people always saying it's the person not the gun but then the person without the gun might lessen the percentages of these acts because that is the reverse logic and it is the overall culture that unless you are living in a third world country, a country occupied or at war or full of internal conflicts of all sorts, THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN ANYWHERE ELSE
